Alaya Rousseau is 28 years of age and an emerging printmaker/dancer/poet/singer born in Cape Town, South Africa. This is where she earned her Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Visual Communication with a Major in Applied Illustration Design in 2018. In 2019, she relocated to Bellingham, WA. Other places she feels connected with are India, Zimbabwe and Hawai’i. Travel, song circles and self-exploratory dance fuels her fire. She loves to swim, cook, play with children & energize herself in the forest.
